By placing an order on the Sospiro website, you agree to the payment terms outlined below.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

Depending on your location and selected currency, Sospiro may accept the following payment methods:

  • Major debit and credit cards (including Visa, MasterCard, and similar providers)

  • Selected local or regional payment gateways

  • Digital wallets, where available

  • Sospiro gift cards or e-gift vouchers

2. Currency

Products on our website may be priced in:

  • AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham), and/or

  • Other currencies made available based on your region

If your payment card is issued in a different currency, your bank or payment provider may apply:

  • Its own exchange rate, and

  • Any applicable transaction or conversion fees

Sospiro does not control or receive these fees.

3. Payment Authorisation

By submitting your payment, you confirm that:

  • You are authorised to use the selected payment method

  • All payment details provided are accurate and complete

All transactions are subject to:

  • Verification and validation

  • Authorisation by the card issuer or payment provider

If a payment is declined or not authorised, Sospiro reserves the right to cancel the order and shall not be responsible for any resulting delay or non-delivery.

4. Payment Security

Sospiro works exclusively with trusted and secure payment service providers to process all transactions.

  • Full card numbers are never stored on our servers

  • Sensitive payment information is encrypted and processed by certified third-party providers

For your security, please do not send payment details (such as card numbers) via email or other unsecured communication channels.

5. Pricing & Errors

We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy. However, in the event that an error is identified:

  • We may contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed with the order at the correct price or cancel it

  • If we are unable to reach you, the order may be cancelled and any payment already made will be refunded

Sospiro reserves the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been placed and confirmed, except in cases of clear pricing errors.

6. Gift Cards & E-Gift Vouchers

Sospiro gift cards and e-gift vouchers may be used in accordance with the terms provided at the time of purchase.

Please note:

  • Gift cards and e-gift vouchers are generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except where required by law

  • If the total purchase amount exceeds the available balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another accepted payment method

7. Refunds

Approved refunds in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy will be:

  • Processed back to the original payment method where possible, or

  • Issued as store credit or replacement in limited circumstances (for example, if the original payment method no longer supports refunds)

Once a refund is confirmed, please allow 7–14 working days for processing by your bank or payment provider.
