Returns After Delivery
Due to the nature of fine fragrances and strict hygiene standards within the beauty and cosmetics category, Sospiro accepts returns only on items that remain unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
If your fragrance has not been opened, we kindly ask that you contact us at orders@sospirointernational.com. A member of our team will guide you through the return process.
Please note:
Opened or used perfumes are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
For eligible returns, original shipping fees and return shipping charges are non-refundable.
Incorrect or Missing Items
In the event that you receive an incorrect item or if part of your order is missing, please notify us at orders@sospirointernational.com within 48 hours of delivery.
To qualify for a refund, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received and within 30 days from the date of receipt.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us at orders@sospirointernational.com within 7 days of receiving your package.
Replacements depend on product availability and may not always be possible. Some defective items may be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
If you choose a refund instead of a replacement, the original shipping cost will be deducted. A full refund will be issued only after we receive the returned item. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
Taxes & Customs Duties
Sospiro does not charge taxes or customs duties at checkout. Any applicable customs charges or taxes are determined by the customs authority in your destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Should you choose to refuse these charges, the shipment will be returned to us and the order amount will not be refunded.
Shipping & Customs Clearance
Certain international shipments may require an SSN or other personal identification for customs clearance. Failure to provide the requested documentation may result in delays or the return of the shipment.
In such cases, the order amount will be non-refundable.
